With a diverse background and more than 60 years of experience, our executive team is more than capable of succeeding in the children's media business

Will J. Sims - writer, producer, and President of SmallTown Entertainment, develops and maintains the company vision. He oversees all areas and company departments, approves all financial obligations, and seeks business opportunities/alliances with other organizations. Will is an Emmy award-winning and Iris nominated writer with more than 20 years of experience in sales and communication. He previously worked as an air traffic controller with the Federal Aviation Administration.

A native of Brandon, Mississippi, Will currently resides in Indianapolis, Indiana, with his wife/Senior Vice President, Lisa, and their two children. He is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with a bachelor's degree in Business.

Letter from the President

Lisa Montgomery-Sims - Senior Vice President, Marketing, manages market planning, advertising, public relations, sales promotion, merchandising, and facilitating staff services. Lisa oversees market research and analysis as well as evaluation of competition. She identifies new markets and sets strategy for reaching foreign markets. Lisa has extensive classroom experience as an elementary school teacher, and is actively involved in educational organizations. Her greatest strength is creating, implementing, and promoting faith-based curriculum for children.

Lisa is a native of St. Louis, Missouri, and currently resides in Indianapolis, Indiana, with her husband/President, Will, and their two children. She is a graduate of Indiana University with a bachelor's degree in Early childhood education.
